Founded by Nick Bangor, a Florida-Licensed Home Inspector (#HI730) and Certified Master Inspector (CMI®), Florida Strong Home Inspections LLC was built on the principles of thoroughness, honesty, and professional integrity. We understand the unique challenges presented by Florida's coastal environments, heavy humidity, storm cycles, and insurance landscape. Our mission is to empower realtors, buyers, and sellers with highly detailed property reports, giving them the confidence and clarity they need during real estate transactions.
Built on the Ground, Not Behind a Desk
Nick didn't learn Florida real estate by reading about it in manuals. Over 15 years and more than 1,800 physical property inspections across the state, he has crawled through hundreds of attics in August, assessed seawall erosions along coastal lines, and checked structural frames first-hand. He was among the first wave of certified home inspectors licensed when the state formalized the profession.
